The fast-food chain restaurant, Chipotle, has recently secured a deal for two Manhattan locations. The storefronts, located in Hell’s Kitchen and Washington Heights, were formerly occupied by Boston Market.
Chipotle signed a 10-year lease for the 2,800 SF Hell’s Kitchen location, which will be on the ground floor of the six-story building, Rich’s International at 885 10th Avenue.
Washington Heights will be a 15-year deal for the restaurant, with 2,100 SF located on 3781 Broadway.
The ban on non-essential construction due to COVID-19 has delayed their plans to build out storefronts. However, Chipotle projects the opening of both locations will be by the end of this summer.
