Ms. Alberici is the Executive Assistant to Carmen D. Spinoso, Chairman and CEO of Spinoso Real Estate Group. As one of the company’s longest tenured team members, she has experienced the firm’s tremendous growth from nearly day one.
Ms. Alberici’s role within the company puts to use her excellent communication skills, tactfulness and finesse, creative problem-solving abilities, and her get-it-done attitude. Her primary responsibilities include:
- Managing Mr. Spinoso’s business and personal commitments and calendar.
- Arranging travel requirements for Mr. Spinoso and other senior management team members as needed.
- Coordinating a variety of meetings, both in-person and virtual, local, and remote.
- Managing communications between Mr. Spinoso, the firm’s clients and partners, the senior management team, and the home office and field team members.
- Logistical support for the company’s participation in several large annual trade conventions.
- Planning and execution for numerous company functions throughout the year.
- Providing leasing team support, as needed, including marketing materials assembly, shipping, and logistics.
