Matthew Bader – Director of Development, SREG Corporate
Throughout this career, Matt has been responsible for the financial oversight of 5 million square feet in shopping center assets, management of a 1.6 million square foot Class-A shopping center and negotiation and execution of leases accounting for nearly $5 million in NOI. In addition, Matt has led $20 million in dispositions, has structured $19 million in debt, and coordinated underwriting and entitlements for several development projects valued at over $100 million.
Prior to joining Spinoso, Matt held the roles of Financial Officer, General Manager of Walden Galleria, and Development Manager for Pyramid Management Group.
Matt holds a master’s degree in Banking and Financial Management from Boston University and an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from Nazareth College. He resides in Knoxville, TN with his wife and their two children.
