The “magic” of reopened dining rooms mixed with “great service” are two of the main reasons for boosted sales, according to David Deno, CEO.
Outback Steakhouse and Bonefish Grill are two of the few restaurants in the industry that kept all of their staff throughout the pandemic. With their recent sales and traffic turnaround, they have been able to easily meet demands.
These aren’t the only restaurants reporting a strong recovery. As a whole, the sector saw sales spike 29% year-over-year in March. Not only that, but 57% of Americans now feel comfortable dining indoors – a record high.
