Chief Executive Officer, Mary Dillon, has made a recent announcement to step down from her role. Dillon was encouraged by the positive momentum with in-store retail traffic trends and felt it was the right time to make this decision. Dave Kimbell will take her place in June.
“We continue to be positive about the outlook of physical retail. The 40 stores we are opening we feel good about. We see plenty of growth ahead of us,” said Kimbell on Ulta’s recent earnings call.
The company ended fiscal 2020 with 1,264 stores.
