According to recent reports, fashion is fueling optimism for the retail industry. Analysts are forecasting a robust sales rebound for the second half of 2021. This will be primarily influenced by an increase in shopper activity.
“We are constructive on the sector as demand is coming back strong. Apparel should continue to rebound, and shoppers are healthy. There has been an encouraging significant decline in the amount of promos across all categories,” analysts wrote.
This prediction follows recent positive news for the back-to-school shopping season, which is expected to rise 5.5%.
“As a retailer, it is important to get that product out there and make sure it is at the right place because schools across the nation will most likely be opening,” analysts said.
