Spinoso Real Estate Group was awarded the Property Management responsibility for Simi Valley Town Center in Simi Valley, CA.

Simi Valley Town Center is the major retail hub serving the Southeast region of Ventura County and the Northwestern region of San Fernando Valley trade areas. The 627,772 square-foot Town Center offers a popular open-air mix of retail, dining, and entertainment. It is home to several national retailers including Macy’s, Marshalls, Ulta Beauty, Bath & Body Works, Tillys, with a great line up of family dining and entertainment, including California Pizza Kitchen, Corner Bakery, Red Robin, Larsen’s Grill, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Studio Movie Grille.

The center serves a primary trade area with high visibility to more than 100,000 vehicles per day. With the planning of a second phase redevelopment including a new free-standing restaurant pad, there is a great leasing opportunity for a tenant that is directly facing the high traffic area of 118 Highway.
