Spinoso Real Estate Group Expands Partnership with Steerpoint Capital for Weberstown Mall
Syracuse, NY – August 5, 2025 – Spinoso Real Estate Group (Spinoso REG) announced today that it is extending its partnership with Steerpoint Capital by taking on operating, property management, and leasing responsibilities for Weberstown Mall, a prominent enclosed town center in Stockton, California.
Weberstown Mall is a historic center originally opened in 1966, totaling approximately 800,000 square feet of retail space. It is anchored by retailers such as JCPenney, Dillard’s, and Barnes & Noble with other tenants including Old Navy and Five Below among its mix. The property sits at 4950 Pacific Avenue in Stockton’s core retail area, at the intersection of Pacific Avenue and March Lane, which is frequently referred to as the city’s retail hub. Its location gives it access to Interstate 5 and proximity to both the San Francisco Bay Area (roughly 60 miles away) and Sacramento (about 45 miles south) which supports cross-market visitation and traffic.
