Spinoso Real Estate Group announced the opening of the world’s largest Powerhouse Gym location at The Mall at Partridge Creek, an open-air regional shopping center in Macomb County, Michigan. The significant addition is part of a continued evolution of the center’s tenant mix and community-focused offerings and represents a key milestone in the property’s broader re-anchoring and repositioning strategy.

The new Powerhouse Gym will occupy the former Carson’s department store and span approximately 120,000 square feet across two levels, transforming a long-vacant anchor space into a modern, high-energy fitness and wellness destination.

The Mall at Partridge Creek location represents a corporate showcase for the brand and reinforces the mall’s position as a premier lifestyle-driven destination that extends well beyond traditional retail.

The new fitness center features a variety of world-class amenities, from training and recovery, to wellness experiences, including a lap pool, dry sauna, women’s-only space, spa services, a kids zone, spin room with nightclub-style lighting, yoga, cycling, turf, track, massage chairs, basketball court, and personal trainers and fitness classes for all ages. 

The facility was designed with state-of-the-art equipment sourced from leading global manufacturers, including Italian-imported Panatta equipment, featuring the largest free weight area in the county.
