Despite the current pandemic, SREG has experienced a consistent, measured, well-managed growth.
The past nine months have created an evident increase in layoffs and furloughs across the industry. However, SREG made it a priority to keep each of their team members on board throughout the current health crisis, without any furloughs or layoffs.
Since February, the company has hired 184 individuals across their portfolio. This serves as the largest growth initiative at the company to-date.
SREG’s corporate office has become home to many new faces. Just recently, several new hires have joined SREG’s Leasing and Administration teams in Syracuse, NY. A few would like to say hello:

The corporate advancements didn’t stop there, either. SREG has taken efforts one step further by expanding their office to make room for an ever-growing team. The company added 6,000 SF of office space to their current footprint, and renovated an additional 2,800 SF of existing space. The expansion and renovation have been recently finished, complete with a more efficient new layout, collaborative team areas, new desk systems and wall murals for a fun work environment.
SREG has been able to take advantage of tremendous opportunities in the industry during this time that has led to numerous accomplishments and company-wide growth.
